The Metropolitan Archbishop of Onitsha most Rev Valerian Okeke,priests and the entire Onitsha Archdiocesan Secretariat personnel have been thrown into mourning as the sad news of Sir Samuel Obidile,the Archbishop’s confidential Secretary broke during the week.
The cause of his death was not immediately known but Sir Sam has been sick for quite some time and confined to the wheel chair.
The ever smiling,gentle and meek Sir Obidile has served the Archdiocese of Onitsha for decades under past Archbishops of the Archdiocese as a Confidential Secretary.
One of his children is a priest.
Sir Obidile died at the age of 82.
