The Metropolitan Archbishop of Onitsha most Rev Valerian Okeke is mourning the death of late Mr Greguss Sandor,a Hungarian and close friend who died recently and was buried during the week in Hungary.
The late Mr Greguss Sandor 69,died after an illness.
He was the husband of renowned humanitarian,Dr Reka Fodor whose humanitarian and charitable works in the Archdiocese of Onitsha has touched many lives positively.
The Archbishop who was represented at the funeral by Rev Fr Izunna Okonkwo,the Chief Executive officer of St Charles Borromeo Specialist hospital Onitsha,delivered the Archbishop’s prayers and condolences to the family,urging them to bear the loss with faith and fortitude.
The burial mass took place at the Catholic Church of Immaculate Conception where the parish priest concelebrated with Rev Fathers Izunna Okonkwo and Mark Kingsley Okafor.
The remains of the late mr Greguss Sandor were buried in a Catholic cemetery.
