The Unusual Praise planning committee has begun Sensitization for the 2023 gospel praise event and evangelization which will take place later in the year at the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity,Onitsha.
Members of the planning committee are expected in the various parishes in the Archdiocese of Onitsha to reach out to the faithful who are interested in joining the committee which is known for organising Africa’s largest catholic live praise event.
Unusual Praise is an annual live praise event organised by the Catholic Church of Divine Mercy, Lekki, Lagos.
During it’s last musical praise event at the Basilica Square Onitsha,the arena was full to the brim as all in attendance were treated to powerful gospel ministrations till dawn.
Many prominent citizens including the Archbishop of Onitsha, most Rev Valerian Okeke was in attendance. Various gospel ministers were invited from all parts of the country to minister to the large crowd. One of the coordinators of activities of the group, Barr Tina Igbokwe enjoined the faithful to come out in their numbers to give thanks to God for His faithfulness throughout the year.
Unusual Praise 2023 will take place at the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity,Onitsha on Friday the 10 of November 2023. Everyone is encouraged to attend as attendance is free of charge.
