The Onitsha Archdiocesan Secretariat has ended it’s Easter staff retreat which was held on Wednesday at the old Church building,Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity, Onitsha.
Chancellor of the Archdiocese Very Rev Fr Dr Prudentius Emeka Aroh led other priests namely Rev Frs Ezeonu Augustine and Onuorah Bonaventure in the spiritual excercise.
The retreat was concluded with a holy mass where in a homily,the chief celebrant Rev Fr Augustine Ezeonu admonished the staff to remain steadfast and focused in the race to heaven inorder to end in grace and glory.
He told them not to behave like Judas who took to worldly affairs and greed for money by betraying Jesus Christ and regretting his actions when it was too late.
Highlight on the retreat was a special prayers for birthday celebrants and offering of cash tokens to them.
