Members of Will of God Prayer Community, Catholic Renewal in Nigeria, (CCRN), Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Fegge Onitsha had a three day crusade between Monday 15th and Wednesday 17th April 2024.
Dwelling on the theme, ‘He Has Won the Battle’ Bro Jonathan Okafor charged members to walk in the victory that Christ has won for them. He explained that Jesus beat the expectations of those who placed a stone on His tomb to stop Him from rising from the dead, spurring participants to stretch their minds and identify with the Power of His Resurrection.
Speaking on the significance of the stone, the minster told them to identify and remove the stones covering different areas of their lives so that they may enjoy the victory Christ has won for them and so that they may make meaningful progress in life.
He told them the Satan is on a twenty four hour assignment to destroy lives and destines, revealing that crying is not a solution to their challenges. “Until you realize that there is a stone covering your destiny, family, business, you cannot progress. Until that stone is removed, you will remain stagnant – you will continue to make a circular movement.
”Bro Okafor who observed that some people misinterpret affliction as cross told them of the invisible hand of God which can turn any ugly situation around. He charged them to cooperate with God and cautioned against negative confessions so that they do not negate what Jesus has purchased for them.
