Undergraduate Students of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria commenced their Second Semester examination on Monday, 14th September, 2026. As a way of reminding Catholic Students of the University of the need to maintain their integrity and earn honest results and certificates, the Parish Priest of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, ABU, Rev. Fr. Dr. Tijjani Ezekiel Danlami cautioned them against any form of examination malpractice. He maintained that it is better to graduate with an honestly earned Third Class Certificate than waste their years, if expelled for examination misconduct.
Fr. Danlami who told them that examination malpractice is not allowed in any university, asked them how they intend to explain to people at home if they are withdrawn for such act. “So please, as you begin your exams tomorrow, do not do anything stupid, because in the end, you have yourself to blame. It is your life. Your parents may cry. But life continues. It is your life that you are wasting. Imagine that you have wasted three or four years, only to begin to write JAMB. So, it is better to graduate with Congratulatus. At least you have something. At least, it is a paper. Get a paper of your own rather than to withdraw your admission. Please help yourselves and help your parents.”
