At the conclusion of his General Audience on October 9th, Pope Francis reminded the faithful that October is traditionally dedicated to the rosary. He called on all Catholics to pray the rosary daily, entrusting the world’s suffering to the intercession of the Virgin Mary.
In particular, the Pope highlighted several regions experiencing conflict and turmoil, urging prayers for “tormented Ukraine, Sudan, Myanmar, Palestine, and Israel.” His appeal comes at a time of escalating violence and humanitarian crises in these areas, and he emphasized the need for spiritual solidarity with those affected.
