Christians have been advised not to leave the altar of God for marine kingdom in search of solutions to problem or challenges.
Rev Fr Sergius Paul Iberi (CSSP)gave the advice while preaching a homily last Sunday..
According to him, any human problem a Christian solved through fetish ways or by consulting marine spirits has not been permanently solved but will rather get worst by the day. He stated that no trouble or problem that is more than God. ” In essence, don’t allow your trouble to take you way from Christ who has a permanent solution to any of challenge or difficulty a christian may be facing.
“If you receive any help from marine spirits or other gods rather than from the Almighty God, you have not only entered into generational bondage, but have pitched tent with the devil. Any body taking you rivers or streams to perform sacrifices on the pretense of disconnecting you from marine spirits or for seeking for solution to your challenges is not a christian but simply an agent of darkness.”
The priest expressed worries that some christians who are gifted are now employing evil powers to rise to famous positions, emphasizing that is high time christians denounce devil, his agents and gifts.
