The former member of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Edward Ibuzo, has expressed satisfaction over the level of development Anambra State is witnessing under Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration.
Speaking to the press during a function at Shanahan University, Onitsha, Hon. Ibuzo stated that the current administration has impacted positively in different sectors.
“Today, in Anambra, primary and post-primary education is free, giving our children the golden opportunity to be enlightened, notwithstanding the hard economic situation. In health, Anambrians access healthcare at a very cheap price through ASHIA, and many roads have been constructed and tarred, while road dualization is ongoing within the state, opening up many communities.
The newly commissioned Fun City is there at Awka, while the state can now boast of a modern government house built within two years of Soludo’s administration. Thousands of our youth are now gainfully employed in Anambra within one year of Soludo’s office, and all these are indices indicating strongly that the state is faring well under the current administration.”
The former lawmaker further called on Anambra residents to shun confusionists and vote wisely during the November gubernatorial polls in Anambra to ensure sustainable development in Anambra.
“Don’t listen to the money-bag politicians who may take the state back to Egypt when given the opportunity. Support Soludo in his re-election bid, as the state stands to record more tremendous growth and progress under his watch.”
