The Parish Priest of Immaculate of Mary Parish, Fegge Onitsha, Rev Fr Sampson Ogbuebuna has charged parishioners to show mercy to their fellow human beings promising that God will show them mercy in return. Giving this charge on Monday, 25th March 2024, he assured them that God will also guide and prosper them and the works of their hands if they trust in Him completely and live a life of integrity.
He said “You need to be merciful to others in order to receive mercy. By so doing you are not only being more peaceful you are also doing a good job. This is how good deeds attract God’s attention and blessings.
If you put your trust in God, you will be victorious. Put your trust in God and you will progress. Come close to God and He will guide you.”Fr Ogbuebuna proffered living according to Christian principles as a way out even as he told them that the Lord wants them to follow Him with all their beauty, heart, mind, and treasure.
