The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) National Chairman, Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa, received a delegation from the Soludo Fan Club (SFC) this weekend, offering condolences on the recent passing of his father, Chief Sir Sylvester Chukwudozie Ezeokenwa.
The visit also served as a congratulatory stop following Ezeokenwa’s Supreme Court victory in the party’s recent leadership battle.
Led by Engr. Julius Chukwuemeka, Anambra State Commissioner for Power and Water Resources, the SFC delegation expressed their continued support for Ezeokenwa and the APGA party during this difficult time.
Chukwuemeka praised Ezeokenwa’s resilience in the legal battle and highlighted the late Chief Ezeokenwa’s positive impact on the community and his legacy of humility and mentorship and he noted the late Chief’s deep commitment to APGA and the party’s values.
In response, Ezeokenwa expressed deep gratitude for the visit and the SFC’s support.
He described his father as a pivotal influence in his life, emphasizing his values of honor, discipline, and quiet strength.
Ezeokenwa recalled his father’s unwavering devotion to APGA, and how he instilled in him the principles of loyalty and commitment to the party.
He thanked the SFC for their support, urging them to continue their backing for the APGA-led government in Anambra State.
The visit, which also included the SFC Deputy Convener, Hon. Onyebuchi Dike, and Finance Director Prof. Onyema Iloh, concluded with a formal tribute presentation, prayer, and a moment of silence in honor of the late Chief Ezeokenwa.
The delegation signed the condolence register, showcasing solidarity with the Ezeokenwa family.
