President Bola Tinubu pledged Federal government support for Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s development agenda during a visit to the State.
Addressing a stakeholders’ meeting, Tinubu praised Soludo’s achievements, specifically mentioning the “One Youth, Two Skills” program and expressed satisfaction with the State’s progress.
He committed to partnering with Anambra to realize Soludo’s vision for a peaceful and prosperous State, promising Federal intervention in addressing erosion and the construction of the Anambra-Kogi-Abuja link road.
Tinubu also lauded Soludo’s appointment of a Permanent Secretary from Osun State, highlighting the administration’s commitment to National unity.
The visit included the commissioning of several projects and the conferring of a chieftaincy title on Tinubu.
Governor Soludo, in turn, thanked Tinubu for the visit and for appointments made to his cabinet from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), emphasizing APGA’s support for the Federal government.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Governor’s from neighboring State’s.
