Sequel to the current hike in prices of food items in the country, the president Onitsha provincial catechists Association Mr Innocent Obidike recently enjoined Nigeria masses to have a re-thing and move back to farming in order to survive the current hardship.
Mr Obidike who spoke to the press shortly after their provincial meeting recently stated that the fuel subsidy removal policy implemented by the current administration led by president Tinubu has brought about hardship rocking the masses. He made it clear that since the federal government has failed in providing sufficient palliatives to cushion the effects of the fuel subsidy removal that has occasioned hike in prices of commodities in the markets especially food items, the masses have not alternative than to go back to farming in order to put food on the table.
