Senator Uche Ekwunife, CON, warmly congratulates Archbishop Valerian Maduka Okeke, the Archbishop of Onitsha and the Metropolitan of Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province on the exceptional occasion of his 42nd priestly ordination anniversary, today Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
Ekwunife describes Archbishop Okeke as a servant leader, influential figure and an embodiment of love, humility and selflessness. She notes that Archbishop Okeke is a charitable man of God who through his Episcopal ministry has impacted generations.
The Senator states that God has remained the cornerstone in the prelate’s vocation and ministry, adding that the celebrant has faithfully served God, church and humanity in his 42nd priestly life. She commends the Umudioka-born Archbishop for his inspiring and sacrificial contributions towards the growth of the church and society.
Ekwunife urges Archbishop Okeke to continue to be an exemplary shepherd in the God’s vineyard and use the altar to propagate the gospel for the salvation of mankind.
