Dr. Anselm C Onuorah, the Chairman of Anambra East Local Government, continues to make strides in community development with his hands-on approach. Following a recent meeting with the Landlords Association of Nsugbe Community, he returned to Nsugbe to personally inspect roads in need of repair and evaluate the waste collection system, addressing concerns raised by the community.
During his visit, Dr. Onuorah also assessed an erosion site in the area, underscoring the urgency of the situation. He emphasized the need for immediate action to address the issue and ensure road repairs. Additionally, he pledged to engage the State Ministry of Environment if local efforts proved insufficient, highlighting his commitment to the community’s safety and infrastructure.
In a recent interview held at Awka, Dr. Onuorah shared the progress achieved in Anambra East Local Government under his leadership. He outlined his plans to transform the region into an investment and development hub, aiming to empower the community and lay the foundation for a brighter future.
