The youth wing president of Anambra State Town Union Council (ASTUC), Comrade Ken Okoli, has advised Anambra youth to shun every form of fetish practice, including acquiring charms known as “Okite” in a quest to make money, since Governor Chukwuma Soludo has been transforming the youth through the “One Youth, Two Skills” program.
Comrade Okoli gave this advice while fielding questions from the press during Governor Soludo’s second-term inauguration.
The president, while felicitating Soludo on his inauguration, posited that he is already consolidating his strides, stressing that Soludo’s administration is giving the Anambra youth adequate attention.
According to him, the “One Youth, Two Skills” program initiated by Soludo’s administration has greatly empowered a significant percentage of Anambra youth who are not just excelling in their various small-scale industries but are also joining hands to train others.
Positing that Soludo’s second term is another great opportunity for youth development, Comrade Okoli charged Anambra youth to make themselves available for every training and empowerment program the state government is rolling out.
