The first batch of Nigerians fleeing Sudan has finally arrived in Abuja, Nigeria, on Wednesday night.
The Air Peace flight carrying over 282 Nigerian students from Aswan Airport in Egypt first landed at the airport, with the NAF C-130H jet conveying about 94 people following closely behind.
The Nigerian evacuees from Sudan on Thursday received the sum of ₦100,000 each upon their return to the country.
They also got ₦25,000 worth of recharge cards and 1.5 gigabytes of data.
