The St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital,Onitsha has ended a two day retreat for it’s core staff across all departments.
The corporate retreat which was held at the hospital during the week had a theme,”Understanding the fundamentals of work place ethics”.
The Corporate Retreat was anchored by the management of the St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital Onitsha in collaboration with the Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation.
The Chief Executive Officer of St Charles Borromeo Teaching Hospital,Very Rev Fr Dr Izunna Okonkwo, received the resource persons in his office and assured them of the hospital’s cooperation for success of the retreat.
The resource persons are,Dr Olayemi Olufemi Ifatimehin and Dr Haruna Abdulkarim,all university dons.
The lecture covered workplace issues like management of stress,good workplace ethics and provision of conducive workplace environment for advancement of the organisation.
One of the resource persons,Dr Olufemi Olayemi Ifatimehin in a remark, pointed out that the St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital is not only an outstanding hospital but has carved a niche for itself in health management.
