Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has expressed deep sympathy to the family of Miss Chinwe Igwe, who tragically lost her life during the recent incident at Onitsha Market.

He also commended security agencies for their swift intervention during the crisis but urged them to remain vigilant and professional in safeguarding peace and order across the State.
In a further show of compassion, the Governor visited a private hospital in Onitsha to console one of the injured victims, who is reportedly responding well to treatment.
