Students of Shanahan University will return to campus on Wednesday, February 14, 2025, to commence their second semester, following a two-week break after their inaugural first-semester examinations. Lectures are scheduled to resume on Monday, February 17.
The break comes after the successful completion of the university’s first-ever semester examinations, which began on January 27 and lasted a week. The examinations were conducted with remarkable efficiency, with 95% of the assessments being Computer-Based Tests (CBT).
Many students have spoken laudably about the seamless conduct of the examinations, praising the orderliness and professionalism with which they were organized. They expressed optimism about their performance, eager to see the outcome of their intense preparations. While hopeful for excellent results, many have also emphasized their reliance on God, trusting that their efforts will be rewarded.
Beyond the students, members of staff have also commended the high academic standards and discipline that have been evident in the institution since its commissioning last year. There is a shared zeal among both staff and students to uphold and even elevate the university’s reputation through hard work, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
As the second semester approaches, the atmosphere at Shanahan University remains one of enthusiasm and determination, with students and faculty alike looking forward to further strengthening the university’s academic tradition.
