The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for House of Assembly, Onitsha North Constituency 2 in the forth coming Election of 11 March, 2023 Hon. Barr. Michael Emejulu (KSM) has promised to open a communication channel and platform through which his constituents will easily access him, assuring that he would run an accessible and transparent representation,.
He said, “I would not be far from my constituents. When voted into office, when I get to office, I will be in touch with my people through a constituency office which I will open and superintend. I will engage the people and inform them of all my activities through regular town hall meetings, this will ensure they are always carried along in the entire process. I will be accountable to them and never be powerful more than the people. I will educate them and let them know they have the power to hire and fire any bad leader representing them in government”
He noted that his primary reason for going into politics was primarily to give hope to the hopeless, and voice to the voiceless by attracting projects and programmes that would impact positively on the lives of the people. “Politics should be all about good and qualitative service delivery, which I have convinced myself that I can aptly represent us.”
Barr. Emejulu also vowed to render a selfless and exemplary service if voted into office.
He stated that he is naturally compelled to ensure that his constituency are given quality leadership which would invariably make them have and enjoy good living conditions.
He further reassured his total commitment to contribute his quota by re writing the wrongs that have been perpetuated especially in the areas of economic mismanagement and ensure that all resources available to the office will be used to give quality representation, leadership and service to his people.
