Dr. Mrs. Vera Nwadinobi, Chairman of the Anambra Basic Education Board (ASUBEB), has praised Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s efforts to provide free education to every child in Anambra State. According to her, the governor is dedicated to taking education to the next level, recognizing it as the foundation for development .
” Governor Soludo has abolished payment of all fees, including tuition, in public schools, making education accessible to all. In essence, every Anambra child has opportunity to aquire basic education .
The governor has employed 8,115 teachers to reshape education in the state and provide quality instruction.
He is also investing in teacher training to ensure they deliver holistic education necessary for child upbringing.
The governor is already rebuilding and upgrading school infrastructure to create conducive learning environment.
His free education aims to increase access to quality education for all children, regardless of background or financial situation.
By investing in education, the Governor Soludo seeks to improve learning outcomes and produce well-rounded citizens.
Education is seen as a key driver of economic growth, and Governor Soludo’s initiatives aim to equip Anambra’s youth with skills needed to compete globally.
Overall, Governor Soludo’s vision for education in Anambra prioritizes accessibility, quality, and inclusivity, recognizing education as a fundamental right and a cornerstone of development,” Dr Nwadinobi explained.
