Rev. Fr. Pius Ejiofor, a priest of the Onitsha Archdiocese, last Sunday reminded Christians of the transformative power of prayer. During his Sunday homily, Fr. Ejiofor emphasized that prayer can bring about positive change and manifest good things in one’s life.
He lamented the prevalence of idolatry in contemporary society, cautioning that seeking solutions from false gods or their intermediaries is futile. Instead, Fr. Ejiofor encouraged Christians to cultivate a deep trust in Almighty God, praying to Him in every circumstance.
“Prayer is the key to navigating life’s challenges,” Fr. Ejiofor stressed. “When we pray, we acknowledge our dependence on God and invite His guidance and intervention. By praying, we can overcome obstacles, find peace, and experience joy.”
